Business Solutions Partner Role

The successful Business Solutions Partner will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across various business units. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable IT deliverables. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, software requirements documentation, and project management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document business processes and software requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
  • Prepare project documentation including briefs, business cases, and RFPs.
  • Support solution design and validate alignment with business strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships across business units and IT teams.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner role.
  • FMC industry experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft platforms.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field (preferred).
  • Business Analysis certification.
