With a major hotel project underway, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Specialist to oversee commercial processes and contribute to large-scale construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Manage head contracts and subcontract packages from start to finish.
  • Procurement: Lead procurement processes, negotiate tenders, clarify scope, and amend contracts as needed.
  • Variations and Claims: Oversee variations, progress claims, claims certification, and payment reviews.
  • Cost Management: Provide accurate cost forecasts, budget reports, and P&L analysis.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage commercial risks, delays, and claim disputes.
About You:
  • Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in contract administration on major commercial or hospitality projects.
  • Track Record: A proven track record of managing large-scale new build contract administration.
