Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive large-scale change across people, culture, and business operations. As a key member of the project team, you will act as a trusted advisor, leading and coaching executives while delivering measurable improvements in performance, adoption, and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and lasting impact beyond the project lifecycle.
  • Build executive and stakeholder buy-in, ensuring ownership and accountability for change outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide peers and change champions to uplift organisational change capability.
  • Design and deliver communication and training programs to drive adoption and sustain transformation.
  • Monitor and report on change in progress, providing insights and adjustments as required.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven success in managing large-scale transformation programs, with a strong background in strategy change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery. Experience in the Utilities sector is desired, but not essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, consultation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
