Job Title: Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily service delivery and quality of our support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rosters aligned with participant needs, leading and supporting staff, maintaining support plans and NDIS compliance, and overseeing documentation and reporting.About the Role:You will work closely with participants, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing rosters and staffing levels to meet participant needs;
  • Leading and supporting staff to deliver high-quality services;
  • Maintaining support plans and NDIS compliance;
  • Overseeing documentation and reporting;
  • Liaising with participants, families, and stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations;
  • Ensuring compliance and audit readiness;
  • Driving service improvements and tracking KPIs;
  • Maintaining data accuracy and generating reports;
  • Supporting leadership with projects and priorities.
About You:To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • A proven track record in NDIS operations, disability services or community-care leadership and skills;
  • A strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, incident management and compliance frameworks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A current Working With Children Check;
  • A current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment;
  • A current Australian driver's licence.
