Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes. As a vital member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results in the following areas:

  • Solution sourcing: building quotes and providing solutions to the sales team
  • Customer interaction: maintaining relationships, resolving issues, and strengthening ties with customers
  • Supplier liaison: gathering information, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers

Key Skills and Abilities

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong interest in technology and understanding of typical IT equipment used by businesses
  • Familiarity with well-known IT brands such as HPE, Dell/EMC, Lenovo, Juniper, and Cisco is advantageous
  • A genuine 'can do' attitude and strong desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers from diverse backgrounds and industries
  • Producing and delivering quotations to the sales team as guided by the solutions specialist
  • Gathering accurate sourcing information from suppliers and recording in our system
  • Providing regular updates to customers on order status
  • Answering phone calls and handling inbound enquiries regarding customer orders
