Diagnostic Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Specialist to join our Laboratory Haematology team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality diagnostic services and support the development of our team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To provide accurate and timely diagnostic services in Laboratory Haematology, working closely with medical staff to ensure effective patient care.
  2. To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our laboratory procedures.
  3. To maintain a high standard of professional performance and uphold the principles of clinical quality management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in Laboratory Haematology.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in Laboratory Haematology.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating complex information to medical staff and patients.
