Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management group, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operations and performance of a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets across NSW.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and cost-effective operational management of properties, ensuring optimal return on investment for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day property operations, including tenant liaison, lease administration, and maintenance coordination
  • Analyzing financial performance, preparing budget reports, and providing insights to stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve asset value, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as leasing, marketing, and facilities teams
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Extensive experience in commercial and retail property management, preferably within a senior or leadership capacity
  • A strong track record of delivering results-oriented solutions, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and colleagues
