Change Leadership Opportunity

The Head of Enterprise Change will lead a newly formed team within our Transformation Office, driving sustainable transformation across the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess deep experience in leading enterprise-level change, with a passion for empowering teams and developing talent. They will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to drive successful change adoption and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of change practitioners fostering a culture of professional development, continuous improvement, and innovation in change delivery.
  • Change Strategy and Delivery: Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for the Transformation Program, including communication, training, and support activities, to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand change impacts and ensure alignment of change activities with business priorities.
  • Portfolio and Planning: Contribute to portfolio-level planning and prioritization with clear consideration of business change load.
