About the Role
- Coordinate and facilitate Board and Committee meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Board and Committee functions.

- Proven experience in governance administration, preferably within a similar industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
