About the Ideal Candidate
  • Commercially savvy, target-driven, and passionate about leading teams. You'll bring:
  • Proven experience in business development, growth, or expansion within NDIS, disability, or community services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NDIS, including pricing, funding structures, and compliance requirements.
  • A strong track record of hitting targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
