Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Advanced Support Worker. This position involves providing person-centered support to adults with complex needs, empowering them to live independently.


The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, patience, and empathy, as well as excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for building trusting relationships, promoting wellbeing, and ensuring high standards of care and support.

About the Role
  • Provide person-centered support to adults with learning disabilities and autism who have complex needs, helping them live as independently as possible.
  • Spend your entire shift with the person you support, building trusting relationships and promoting wellbeing and independence.


Requirements
  • Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred; if not qualified, relevant experience in social care is required.
  • Experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication, and physical health is desirable.
