Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for a determined, eager to learn, Internal Sales Support Officer in St Marys.

Supporting both the Customer Service and Sales team in day to day administrative duties, in this role you will:

- Successfully create and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Accurately and diligently support the customer service and sales team
- Receive and manage inbound calls
- Key customer orders into the system
- Organise deliveries and confirm details with customers
- Track the status of orders
- Liaise with different departments to fulfil urgent orders
- Be confident in communicating with customers throughout all parts of the order and delivery process
- Be eager to learn and diverse your understanding of the business, including establishing and developing your estimating knowledge
