Job Title: Support Professional

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide personal care and support to people with disabilities in their homes.

As a Support Professional, your role will involve:

  • Providing personal care, including assistance with grooming, medication supervision, and specialized care according to each client's care plan.
  • Offering social support and building strong relationships with clients and their families.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in the disability or aged care sector.
  • Certificate IV in Disability or Aged Care (or equivalent).
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a motor vehicle.
  • Previous experience working with clients with complex needs is highly valued.
