Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized career plans and facilitate access to suitable job opportunities.
- Establish strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths and support requirements.
- Offer tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
- Promote participation in upskilling programs, hands-on experiences and group-based activities.
- Foster partnerships with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.

You possess a strong desire to make a positive impact and are equipped with empathy, energy and a passion for employment services.
As a skilled professional, you will be confident in supporting people, building trust and guiding them towards meaningful and sustainable careers.
Essential Criteria
- Degree qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
- Proven experience in employment services and supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries or health conditions
- Able to meet key performance indicators and create client-focused employment and skills plans
