Intellectual Property Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Strategist to develop and execute IP strategies, manage IP portfolios, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive IP strategies that drive business growth and protect intellectual property assets.
  • Manage diverse IP portfolios, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners, through effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deliver high-quality written and verbal communication, presentations, and reports to convey complex ideas and information.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, as well as adherence to industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of IP rights, copyrights, trademarks, and other relevant areas.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing IP strategies and managing IP portfolios.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Strong commercial awareness and risk management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
