About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our Corporate Banking team at Baygroup United. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing credit analysis, research, and risk assessments to ensure the integrity of our lending practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough credit reviews of new applications and existing portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Credit Committee members, to ensure effective credit decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role in Corporate/Institutional Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
