We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our Corporate Banking team at Baygroup United. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing credit analysis, research, and risk assessments to ensure the integrity of our lending practices.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough credit reviews of new applications and existing portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Credit Committee members, to ensure effective credit decision-making.
- Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role in Corporate/Institutional Banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
