About the Role

ING Bank (Australia) Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead its retail credit risk division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit risk modeling and management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business-critical statistical and ML models for regulatory and credit decision-making.
  • Perform complex credit risk analysis and modeling to maximize profits and asset growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations to develop and maintain retail credit risk models.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in quantitative credit risk model development with advanced knowledge of retail credit risk.
  • Strong SAS, R, Python, or SQL coding skills.
  • Proven leadership and staff management skills.
  • Experience leading project teams and collaborating with virtual teams globally.
