Credit Risk Manager

Cuscal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our credit risk portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Manage credit risk on a selected portfolio of ADIs and corporate exposures.
- Monitor counterparties' credit and liquidity worthiness and provide timely credit decisions.
- Identify emerging credit/counterparty risks and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Prepare and process credit submissions for facility applications and annual reviews.
- Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement to credit risk related policies and procedures.
- Extensive credit experience covering financial institutions and corporates.
- Sound understanding of credit analysis techniques and APRA prudential standards.
- Ability to read and understand balance sheets, profit & loss, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
- Natural collaborator with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Tertiary education in an accounting discipline or similar field.
