Employee Lifecycle Coordinator

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with leaders to drive organizational success.
  • Administer employee lifecycle activities, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate annual performance and probation review processes for timely and accurate results.
  • Develop and implement internship, apprenticeship, and traineeship programs to enhance workforce development.
  • Manage employee exits, including confirmation letters and exit interviews, to ensure a positive company image.
  • Contribute to the identification and design of people-related business improvement initiatives.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant qualification and/or 3 years' experience in HR roles.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll and human resource principles.
  • Up-to-date understanding of HR/IR legislation, modern awards, national employment standards, superannuation, and single-touch payroll legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in computer-based HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
