- You will be responsible for coordinating events, managing sales activities, and maintaining the iVvy event management system.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in this position, as is the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer daily operations, including correspondence, filing, and quote preparation.
- Assist in coordinating conferences, dinners, weddings, accommodation, and private dining bookings.
- Handle calls, book appointments, assist in lead generation, and follow up on enquiries.
- Work closely with back-of-house teams to ensure events are coordinated efficiently and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections for clients and third-party suppliers as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client information, and bookings within the iVvy system.
- Prepare regular reports as directed by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
