Job Description

A unique People and Talent focused business partnering role based in Sydney, working for a well-known global brand.

As part of a global HR team within a regional and matrix structure, you will support a national workforce of 120 employees.

You will be responsible for delivering all people programs and strategies across the country, coaching and supporting leaders in the business with culture, engagement and best practice.

Core Duties:

  • Talent management
  • Talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Employee experience and Engagement
  • Compensation & benefits - salary reviews and reporting
  • Annual people reviews, including coaching leaders on this on an annual basis
  • Organisational development projects
  • Overseeing all people processes and policies, compliance and risk
  • Main contact for employee relations advice, performance management and workplace issues
  • Any projects localised from global
  • Working across the region, partnering with other Centres of Excellence

Requirements:

  • Experience as an experienced HR Business partner who has worked in a global, APAC team previously
  • High touch and love quality work and project delivery
  • Experience in OD, talent management, and employee experience
  • High level coaching skills, working with sales, marketing and other white collar workforces
  • Experience in FMCG, retail or other aligned industries is ideal but not essential
