Job Description

This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, identifying potential buyers, and negotiating sales deals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of the luxury property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and buyers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in the luxury property sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the luxury property market
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation and commission. You will also receive access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
