After-hours Clinical Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned and accomplished nurse leader is required to spearhead the After-hours Nurse Manager role at Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and leading high-performing teams.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing operational management after hours, providing professional guidance, clinical leadership, and ensuring smooth patient flow, effective clinical escalation, and coordinated incident response.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Effective and efficient leadership and management of inpatient services
- Guiding the delivery of optimal patient care through partnerships with other teams, services, and organisations
- Supporting the executive, nursing unit managers, and patient flow coordinator in daily operational activities
- Involvement in strategic planning, project development, and continuous improvement of practice standards and services Participating in rostered executive on-call duties for after-hours and weekends
