Customer Service Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to join our team as a Contact Centre Operator. This role involves providing high-quality service to customers, answering calls, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Previous government experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Teams, is also essential.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels.
  • Answer inbound calls, obtain necessary information, and transfer customers to appropriate specialists.
  • Undertake administrative tasks to support high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior government experience (not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams.
