Overview
We are seeking a skilled Health Care Professional to join our team at the Capricorn Aged Care Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents in accordance with clinical standards and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop, implement, and update individualised care plans that reflect changing resident needs.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress and care provided.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration as a nurse with relevant health authority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
