About the Role

The Aged Care Assessment Senior plays a key role in providing leadership, training, and support to clinicians. Conducting assessments in hospital or community settings, this position adheres to Commonwealth guidelines and the Aged Care Act 1997.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to assess frail clients and determine their care needs.
  • Provide comprehensive evaluations involving clients, carers, and providers.
  • Collaborate with public health professionals to ensure quality, evidence-based practice.
Requirements
  • Nursing qualification and registration requirements with relevant Australian authorities.
  • Tertiary qualification for HP4 applicants.
  • Previous Aged Care Assessment experience is highly advantageous.
