Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administration Manager to join our team. As an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our branch.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
- Process customer payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in a similar administration role.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerBI.
You can expect a supportive and flexible work environment, including:
- A 5th week of annual leave after 6 months.
- 2 well-being days and 1 volunteer day annually.
