The Senior Contracts Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing contracts for the Field Services team, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive contract management strategies to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with Maintenance Delivery Partners to enhance contract performance and drive business growth.
- Oversee payment claims processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize financial outcomes.
- Manage contract variations and claims, mitigating risks to the organization and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Engineering, Logistics or a relevant field is highly desirable.
- Diploma or Certificate in Contract Management or equivalent is required.
- Extensive experience in contract management, from procurement to completion, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and best practice contract management principles.
- Experience in Alliance, Collaborative, pain/gain share contracts is highly desirable.
