Desktop Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, and other hardware items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy images and applications through Microsoft Intune
- Assist with M365, SharePoint, and other software applications
- Keep track of IT assets and software licenses
- Escalate complex issues to a contracted managed services provider
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technology support, preferably in a small team environment
- A strong technical troubleshooting background
- Experience with Mimecast and Atlassian products preferred but not essential
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft-based products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree in IT or relevant field, up-to-date vendor certification, or extensive industry experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
