At Excel, we're committed to providing the highest level of service to our residents. We're seeking a skilled and friendly Concierge to join our team in Sydney's high-end residential and commercial strata title markets.

Job Description:

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front desk services to residents and guests. This includes:

  • Providing 5-star service to residents and guests.
  • Assisting the Building Manager with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
  • Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
  • Database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, and security intercom enquiries.
  • Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
  • Internal and External Patrolling.
  • Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.
  • Ensuring entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
  • Front of house or customer service experience.
  • Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, email, and BuildingLink).

Additional Information:

  • Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia with full working rights.
  • Uniform is provided.
  • Training is provided prior to first shift.
  • Immediate start is available.
