We are seeking two professional and proactive Lifestyle Concierge to join our high-end residential building **in Gosford.** In this role, you will be integral to maintaining a polished and efficient concierge service, ensuring that residents, visitors, and stakeholders receive exceptional care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet residents, visitors, and stakeholders warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Monitor CCTV systems, manage access control, and oversee postage and package handling.
- Execute tasks as outlined in site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular patrols of the building, identifying and reporting any issues, hazards, or potential concerns to management.
- Sign in contractors and real estate agents as required.
- Maintain inventory and ensure that all supplies and equipment are in working order.
- Keep all common areas and workspaces clean, organised, and presentable at all times

**What We're Looking For**
- A concierge with at least 1 year of experience providing exceptional service in high-end residential buildings
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and **customer-focused.**:

- Strong multitasking, organisational, and communication skills.
- Immaculate presentation and competence in Microsoft Office.
