We are currently seeking a professional Concierge to provide exceptional service in a high-end residential building. This role is integral to maintaining a polished and efficient concierge service, ensuring that residents, visitors, and stakeholders receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, visitors, and stakeholders warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Monitor CCTV systems, manage access control, and oversee postage and package handling.
- Execute tasks as outlined in site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular patrols of the building, identifying and reporting any issues, hazards, or potential concerns to management.
- Sign in contractors and real estate agents as required.
- Maintain inventory and ensure that all supplies and equipment are in working order.
- Keep all common areas and workspaces clean, organized, and presentable at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • A concierge with at least 1 year of experience providing exceptional service in high-end residential buildings
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals who possess strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
