Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA;">
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential aged care;">
  • Proven nursing management experience;">
  • Sound clinical knowledge aligned with contemporary best practices;">
  • A strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards and funding instruments;">
  • Experience with accreditation and quality processes;">
  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain;">
  • Meeting Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements.">
