Mental Health Services Clinical Lead

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate clinical services within our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and oversight to Allied Health staff, driving innovation and excellence in community-based mental health care.
Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines for Allied Health professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain effective partnerships and service delivery models.
- Provide specialist clinical assessment, treatment, and case management services, promoting best practice principles.
- Proven experience in clinical leadership, with a strong background in mental health care and community-based service delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
