Key Role Description

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate clinical services within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines for Allied Health professionals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain effective partnerships and service delivery models.
  • Provide specialist clinical assessment, treatment, and case management services, promoting best practice principles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership, with a strong background in mental health care and community-based service delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
