About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our dynamic, dedicated, and friendly team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping to develop and execute results-driven strategies to elevate the GX Outdoors brand, generate leads, and drive growth for the business.

This role offers you the opportunity to grow a brand in a really exciting time for the business. You will work on taking to market truly innovative products and solutions aimed at disrupting the industry, positioning the brand as thought-leaders, and helping build the content and assets to do it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Work alongside our agency to develop and support the optimization of online advertising campaigns, including Google Search and Meta, using data-driven insights.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns using data from GA4 and Hubspot.
  • Design and create assets, including collateral and videos (desirable).
  • Collaborate closely with the Specifications, Product, and Sales teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns and product launches.
  • Execute content marketing strategy, including developing content for social media, eDMs, and website, case studies.
  • Play an active role in executing the go-to-market plan for all new product launches.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Marketing role, with a strong track record of success.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to forge relationships/partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and planning skills.
  • Commitment to quality and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
  • Experience using marketing automation software, such as Hubspot, is desirable.
