Main Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated Retail Assistant Store Manager or Key Holder experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A 'Make it Happen' attitude, with a passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
- The ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to improve sales and KPIs.
- A sound operational skill set, including stock control and visual merchandising experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
