Job Title: Residence Operations Manager

You will be part of a dynamic team supporting the delivery of exceptional service to our students. Your role will involve leading, mentoring and guiding a team to ensure the residence runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and guide the team to ensure the residence is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor sales opportunities and implement strategies to maximize occupancy through short-term and long-term lets.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to maintain high occupancy rates and utilize all marketing channels.
  • Manage complaints and provide excellent customer service to students, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain relationships with key players at local universities, as well as internal and external suppliers.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the residence calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turnaround.
  • Oversee health and safety responsibilities within the residence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in residence management or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships.
  • Possession of behaviors consistent with our values of integrity, commitment, and energy.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on sales and marketing.
