Job Title: Assistant Residence Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to take on the role of Assistant Residence Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional facilities and maintenance services while working collaboratively as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure the residence runs smoothly.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to maximize occupancy levels.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to fill residences.
  • Maintain the overall presentation of the property through regular inspections and collaboration with the facilities team.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and handle any complaints effectively.
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local universities and suppliers.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival to departure.
  • Manage health and safety responsibilities in accordance with relevant legislation.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience of mentoring and guiding teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
