We are seeking an experienced Resident Manager couple to join our team at Argyle Management Services in Burswood. This is a live-on-site, full-time position ideal for a motivated duo who can work seamlessly together to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality, facility management, and tourism facilities.

As a management couple, you will share responsibility for the smooth running of the property, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and a positive experience for residents and guests alike. This is a pivotal position with direct influence on the success and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Together, you will:

Oversee the daily operations of hospitality, facility management, and tourism services.

Manage staff, budgets, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements.

Deliver high standards of customer service, ensuring resident and guest satisfaction.

Recruit, train, and manage hospitality and facility management teams.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and business planning.

Liaise with residents, body corporate representatives, suppliers, and industry partners.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

About You

We are looking for a couple who can bring complementary skills and experience to the role. Ideally, you will collectively have:

Extensive management experience in hospitality, facility management, and/or tourism.

Proven ability to achieve operational excellence and drive financial performance.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

Financial management, budgeting, and reporting expertise.

Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

At least one partner licensed under the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 (WA).
