The Role

We're seeking an experienced Residence Manager to lead our brand-new 916-bed Perth University Campus (opening July This is an exciting operational leadership role where you'll manage the residence team, ensure smooth operations, deliver unforgettable student experiences, and achieve strong financial outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire the residence team to deliver an exceptional living experience for students.

Ensure the building is safe, secure, and compliant with health, safety, and property management standards.

Drive occupancy, sales, and revenue performance while managing budgets and P&L.

Build strong relationships with students, universities, local partners, and internal teams.

Oversee service providers, facilities, maintenance, and compliance systems.

Create a positive culture that champions Yugo's values – Be Real, Be Bold, Be True.

About You

Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or student accommodation.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.

Solid financial acumen – budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.

A real estate license or hospitality/business degree is highly desirable.
