Job Overview

The primary objective of a Business Development Manager is to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the small-mid tier market.

A background in domestic land transport trucking from a non-asset based provider is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience targeting and working with small-mid tier clients, a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills, and exceptional negotiating skills.
