Account Manager Role

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Account Manager to join our team and work with some of the most renowned food and beverage brands in South Australia. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with clients, providing tailored solutions, and helping drive cleaner, safer, and more efficient food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting food and beverage manufacturing sites in Adelaide and regional SA to provide on-site support and guidance.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Conducting audits and hygiene inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and effective communication.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow our presence at each site and delivering results-driven solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in sales, operations, or production, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively.
  • Autonomy and self-motivation to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A desire to learn and develop new skills to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
