Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar senior management position
  • Proven experience within the food manufacturing and/or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, process improvement, and stakeholder management
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to provide strategic guidance
