Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. As a key member of our community health team, you will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive and integrated mental health services to consumers and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess consumers and select and implement different therapeutic interventions and/or support programs
  • Work with consumers across community, acute, and rehabilitation service settings
  • Utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches to achieve positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, families, and carers
Requirements
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work or a related field
  • Be eligible for membership with the relevant professional association
  • Have experience working in a mental health setting and a strong understanding of recovery-oriented approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
