About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. As a key member of our community health team, you will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive and integrated mental health services to consumers and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess consumers and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Select and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support programs
  • Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • Embody strength-based approaches and the principles of positive psychology in practice
Requirements
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy or Social Work
  • Be eligible for membership with the relevant professional association
  • Registered as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (for RN2 level)
  • Current practicing certificate and qualification in Mental Health practice (for RN2 level)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
