Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Claims Management: Manage a portfolio of claims at various complexity levels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Investigation and Assessment: Investigate claims and provide accurate assessments and strategies to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process administrative tasks related to claims management, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain exceptional internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • KPIs: Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the account management process, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: Call centre or claims experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, customer care, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computing and literacy skills, with the ability to use relevant software and systems.
