Key Responsibilities

- KPIs: Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the account management process, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience: Call centre or claims experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, customer care, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Excellent computing and literacy skills, with the ability to use relevant software and systems.
