Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Everyday Business Banking team at Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development of Virtual Accounts capability and ensuring its configuration with our deposit product suite.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a defined product strategic roadmap to drive growth and meet customer needs.
- Lead and execute initiatives to uplift our transactional banking suite within institutional and global banking space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer and strategic outcomes that align with our OKRs.
- Drive outcomes across the product lifecycle, including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, and meeting key regulatory and operational risk requirements.
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, product management, and/or process improvement.
- Experience in working with different technological and system teams to uplift or build new capabilities.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience and a risk mindset.
- Proven success in leading and executing a defined product strategic roadmap.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a bias to challenging the status quo.
