Product Manager – Online Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our eCommerce Product Team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative online acquiring solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance existing products in accordance with relevant Group Policies and Standards.
  • Ensure compliance with scheme requirements and relevant Group Policies and Standards.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage risks.
  • Understand customer needs, develop a product roadmap, and prioritize accordingly.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with product trends.
  • Manage change to continuously improve the product offering and processes.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services with proven product management skills.
  • Experience in eCommerce or payments is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
  • Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience working with vendors.
  • Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and working flexibly through change.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with others.
