- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer and strategic outcomes that align with our OKRs.
- Leverage domain and industry knowledge to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle, including launching new features and initiatives.
- Monitor and drive product performance, meeting key regulatory, operational risk, and product governance requirements.
- Optimise customer experience and drive change across the business.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, product management, and/or process improvement.
- Experience in working with different technological and system teams to uplift or build new capabilities.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Risk mindset and ability to proactively identify and understand current and future risks.
- Proven success in leading and executing a defined product strategic roadmap.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to investigate and provide recommended options/solutions to complex problems and technical nuances.
