Australian and New Zealand Transport Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our acquisition focus in the Australian and New Zealand market for our industry-leading Transport Management System (TMS). This role is of strategic importance, opening pathways to introduce our technology with transport and logistics companies across Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role:
- This newly created position will be responsible for driving new business development, with a focus on visiting prospects to boost engagement by establishing relationships.
- You will have a background in sourcing new business opportunities and negotiating high-level deals that may be complex in structure.
- The successful candidate will be relentless on the phone, building a pipeline of opportunity to see clients in person to secure their business.

What You Need:
- 4+ years' experience in a business development role.
- Adept at sourcing and following up opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing a contact pipeline – CRM updates (we use HubSpot).
